Shared Services Finance

Shared Services Finance (SSF) at Saint Louis University provides financial management, transactional processing, and business support services to various departments and schools at SLU.

Shared Services Finance Responsibilities

  • Processing PRs, DPVs, IDOs and PCards
  • Monitoring expenses, billings and deposits
  • Reviewing/Approving expense reports via Concur 
  • Preparing general accounting items (e.g. journal entries and reconciliations).
  • Producing financial reports and ad hoc requests 
  • Assisting with the annual budget
