Keith Haar, M.A., LPC, NCC

Keith Haar is a counselor with the Saint Louis University Counseling Center. 

 

Keith is a licensed professional counselor with experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and the effects of trauma. An extensive background in working with children has provided Keith with a unique insight into how upbringing and family of origin affects lives today. Keith takes a person-centered approach while integrating cognitive behavioral (CBT), emotion-focused, and solution-focused theories. Keith is passionate about access to mental health services and believes everyone deserves a space to reflect, reframe and replenish.
