The arts are a universal way of expression and communication. The Art & Art History Club provides a means for students to not only learn about art but also to create it. This club pushes for the knowledge of a new discipline to some, but for others, there is a potential self-discovery through the creation of art.

The Asian Culture Club (ACC) aims to celebrate the diverse and unique cultures that span Asia. It provides a space for Asian students of different upbringings and backgrounds to discuss the challenges and opportunities that come with being Asian in today's age. Furthermore, the club spreads awareness about the diverse community of Asians at SLU-Madrid by being open to members coming from non-Asian backgrounds by allowing them to learn about the unique lives of Asians through cultural discussions, cuisine, and cultural events that will allow members to experience a multi-faceted approach to the diverse culture that permeates throughout Asia.

B/EECC aims to introduce students to Balkan and Eastern European cultures through hands-on workshops in arts, crafts, dance and food. By offering creative experiences like traditional painting, dance classes, and potlucks, we immerse students in the rich cultural heritage of the region. The club fosters a positive community of cultural exchange, welcoming those with ancestry from the Balkans and Eastern Europe, as well as those interested in learning more about these vibrant cultures.

We make bocadillos (sandwiches) and distribute them among people who are unhoused in the city center. But the sandwich is only a pretext; our main goal is to give them the dignity they deserve by sitting with them and listening as we share our life stories.

Brazilian/Portuguese Cultural Club is open to all native speakers and Portuguese-language learners to engage, immerse, and learn about different aspects of Brazil and other Lusophone countries. The Dance Club is an inclusive dance community at SLU-Madrid. Primary activities will include dance classes and workshops, and social dance events in "salas de baile" around Madrid. This club is a great way for students to meet new people who enjoy dancing, experience dance culture in Spain, and promote fitness and well-being.

SLU-Madrid Model United Nations (SLUMMUN) will prepare for and participate in Model UN conferences. These are simulations of the real United Nations, where students take on the roles of diplomats representing assigned countries on specific topics. They debate global issues and work together to draft resolutions. MUNs are a great way to improve public speaking, critical thinking, and teamwork while discussing world affairs — and a fun way to meet other students interested in international politics.
