Caregiver Speaker Series
This free virtual series was developed as a way to offer valuable, up-to-date information on caregiving and the impact of the 4Ms on older adults. The webinars — offered by SLU and the University of Louisville — feature regional and nationally recognized speakers. Providers, students, caregivers and community members are encouraged to attend.

Memory Care Home Solutions Symposium
This annual, in-person conference spotlights aging, memory loss, caregiving and other related topics in the older adult field. This year's theme is, "Evidence, Empathy and Excellence in Dementia Care."

Annual Healthy Aging Conference
The theme of this year's two-day healthy aging conference is "The Road to Longevity: Strategies to Thrive in Later Life Years." The first day includes talks on healthy mental stimulation, socialization, eating habits, lifestyle and other health factors for older adults. Several intensive training sessions are offered on day two. There will also be a student poster session.
Participants can choose to attend virtually or in person.

Call for Student Poster Abstracts
Students across disciplines are invited to submit a poster for the second annual Healthy Aging Conference. Poster authors will present during a dedicated session and gain valuable experience presenting in a professional conference setting. It's an opportunity to showcase work and engage with a multidisciplinary audience of clinicals, educators and aging professionals.

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy Training
This cognitive stimulation therapy (CST) training session — offered both virtually and in person — provides organizations and providers the information and resources needed to help those experiencing memory loss. Participants who wish to purse CST practioner certification must also complete additional steps, including a post-training evaluation, 20-question exam and fee payment.

Loneliness and Social Isolation Spring Summit
This virtual, half-day summit explores how interdisciplinary collaboration across health care, public health and community systems can address social isolation through integrated, real-world solutions that support aging in place and whole-person care. Family Center for Healthy Aging Co-Director Marla Berg-Weger, Ph.D., is the featured speaker.
Attendees will examine how aligning community programs with primary care models creates meaninghful opportunities to better meet the evolving needs of older adults. Together, disscussions will highlight the power of academic and community partnerships to translate research into actionable impact for aging populations.
